Who AM I? – Spiritual Short

When we are born, we are given a name, a nationality, a religion etc – a whole persona before we speak our first words.

But have you ever thought to yourself, who are we before those?

Beyond humanity’s labels, images and perceptions there is a whole different world.

There is a world of infinite depth, knowledge, love and wisdom.

But who are we?

Our true nature, is awareness.

Our true nature is eternal, consciousness without form.

Our true nature is energy.

Our true nature is an energy of intelligence beyond what the finite mind can comprehend.

We are a cosmic intelligence with infinite possibilities.

Beyond the barriers and walls of the mind, there is a sacred stillness – one where all is possible.

The majority of human suffering is constructed by our finite minds, and our illusion of separateness from the infinite Source.

Beyond the body, mind, feelings, perceptions and experiences – there is a perfect fountain of love and peace, untouched by all of life’s circumstances and labels.

Quiet the mind, and light of your true nature will shine through – like the sun appearing between the murky clouds of thought.

So, who AM I?

I AM the infinite awareness behind all thought…

I AM the infinite awareness behind all experiences…

I AM the infinite awareness behind all feelings…

I AM the infinite awareness behind all perceptions…

I AM the infinite witness to all of the above…

But they are NOT me, because…

I AM formless…

I AM eternal…

I AM infinite…

I AM consciousness…

I AM all that is with no beginning and end…

I AM ONE with the Infinite Creator…

I AM is within, in the background, eternal, connected to all, untouched by all that is external.

Only when we are still inside and mind-chatter subsides, can we become aware of the hidden harmony within.

There is sacredness, a higher-order where all is perfect and pristine.

As soon as you sense that harmony, the sacredness, you realise you are not separate from the Source.

You realise, that you are not Separate from the Creator.

The realisation that you are ONE with all life will consume your Being with love.

Thus, the true Self will appear beyond the murky clouds of thought and shine with bliss.

So, who AM I?

You are the ONE.
