I AM ONE with all that Is – Spiritual Short

Modern day life is fast paced and hectic, we often lose sight of the importance of the simple things.

Within every day, every hour, every minute, and every second, there is an opportunity for peace, purpose and presence.

We often lose ourselves in the illusion of thinking.

Confined to a mental prison, where the barriers are constructed from the past and fabricated stories, which rarely materialise by the ego.

Thoughts and feelings do not have power over you, until you give them power.

There is an escape, there is a retreat, life doesn’t have to be lost to the voice of illusion.

What a liberation it is, to discover that the voice in your head is not who I AM.

Who AM I then?

You are the awareness prior to the thought.

You are the witness to your thoughts.

You are the witness to all your perceptions, feelings and experiences.

Beyond all barriers of the mind, there is an eternal fountain of bliss, love and happiness, untouched by any life experience.

Only when we are still enough inside, and thoughts fall away, can we become aware that there is a hidden harmony within.

Beyond all thoughts, there is sacredness, a higher Self, where everything is perfect and in sync with The Source.

Take a deep breath, drop all thinking…

Just for a moment, rest deeply in the beauty of silence.

Just for a moment, feel deeply at one with all that is.

Just for a moment, feel deeply at one with The Creator.

Just for a moment, observe deeply the sounds of the earth.

Just for a moment, dissolve into the stillness of the universe.

Be still in deep awareness, and experience the connection with life itself.

Feel in your heart centre the sense of I AM awareness, and the oneness with all that it is.

The ego’s greatest enemy is the present moment, which is all there ever is.

Lose yourself in the presence of NOW, and witness your life bloom with beauty.

As Eckhart Tolle said: The ultimate truth of who you are, is not I am this or I am that, but I AM.

You my friend, are already all that is…

Perfect, bliss, eternal, one with source – I AM THAT I AM.
